BDNY Market Guide:

48 Hours in NYC with Studio 11 Design

Based in Dallas, the award-winning Studio 11 Design team will be flying crosscountry to attend the 2018 market, an annual event on their travel calendar. They explain, “We attend BDNY every year! It’s a fantastic show in a fantastic location, a great place to shop products for our projects, and an excellent event to meet clients and reps.”

With one weekend to explore the city that never sleeps, turn your BDNY trip into a whirlwind adventure with these fabulous suggestions from Studio 11 Design. From hot new restaurants to NYC standards, the team enjoys shaking things up with a mix of old and new attractions –– “Every trip to NYC offers a new experience as the city is ever-changing, in the best way ever!”

STAY: “NYC has so much to offer for inspiration – we always love checking out the latest hotels and restaurants. The Beekman Hotel is a beautiful restoration with a great art story, and Williamsburg is getting some wonderful spaces like the Hoxton and William Vale.”

EAT & DRINK: “As far as food and drink, you really can’t go wrong in a place like New York City. Anything by David Chang of the Momofuku empire is a guaranteed hit, and Le Coucou is a new favorite.”

PLAY: “With all the great events during BDNY, it’s hard to find time to play and shop, but checking out what’s going on at the Guggenheim is always suggested – that classic Frank Lloyd Wright building never gets old and is so quintessentially New York. The Dover Street Market is a fun place to shop; it’s the most quirky little art piece full of fun (and fabulous Commes des Garcons goodies!)
